Bobby N Scruggs, 73, formerly of 147 Dover Road, graduated to Eternal Life with his Lord Jesus on Friday, July 9, 2010, at White Oak Manor Nursing Home.  Born in Spartanburg County, he was the son of the late William Carl and Blondine Pettit Scruggs.  He was a retired customer service representative with Northwest Airlines, a member of Powell Presbyterian Church, Parkinson Support Group and was a veteran of the US Air Force.  He is survived by his wife, Patsy Hayes Scruggs, two daughters, four grandchildren; a brother and a sister.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, July 14, 2010, at Powell Presbyterian Church, conducted by the Rev. Fred Thompson, the Rev. Ray Bobo, and the Rev. Terry Lanford.   www.floydmortuary.com
