Cecil Newton Bailey, age 70, passed away on Wednesday, April 21, 2010.  Beloved husband of Barbara P Bailey, father of Mary Walsh (Rick) and John Bailey (Dina).  Memorial Service at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., Metairie, on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at 3:00 pm.
