Charles Tippitt, Jr.  
August 1, 1953 - February 26, 2019

Charles E. Tippitt, Jr. passed away unexpectedly at the age of 65 on February 26, 2019 in Memphis TN.

Charles was born on August 1, 1953 in West Memphis AR. He was a graduate of Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA (1971 - 1975) with a degree in Business. After graduation he worked for Southern Airways (later to become Republic, Northwest and now Delta) and ended up retiring from Home Depot in 2012. 

Charles was a lifelong fan of the Atlanta Braves and was known for his dry sense of humor, a love of travel and his quiet ways. 

His was predeceased by his parents, Charles E. Tippitt Sr. and his mother Eva Larue Tippitt. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Debbie Tippitt. They were married in Marshall TX on March 3, 1975. He also leaves behind his sister Cindy Manning and her husband Tim Manning, sister-in-law Dianne Lawrie of Jupiter FL, brother-in-law Steve Price of Peachtree City GA and several nieces and nephews.

Charles will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
