Dale Alan Womack
December 9, 1959 - December 17, 2015

Dale Alan Womack, age 57 of Franklin, Tenn., passed away Dec. 17, 2015 in Nashville, Tenn. He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel T. Womack, Sr. and son, Grant Thomas Womack. Survived by wife, Carol Bevels Womack of Franklin, Tenn.; daughter, Claire Womack of Franklin, TN; mother, Dorothy "Dottie" Workman Womack of Harrison, Tenn.; brother, Samuel "S.T." (Lynn) Womack, Jr. of Morrison, Colo.; sister in-law, Paula (Earl) Thomas of Murfreesboro, Tenn., and nieces and nephews, Katherine & Laura Womack and Kate, Ben and Abby Thomas.Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015, at Harpeth Hills Church of Christ, Chris Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
