Harry E. Borden age 83 went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 23, 2020. He was a graduate of Everett High School. He was a veteran of the Army serving in Korea during the Vietnam era. He also had a 38 year career in the airline industry with the last 20 years in management at the Knoxville airport. While there he worked for Southern Airways which later became Republic and then Northwest. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Blanche and Fred Borden, his sister Carolyn Anderson and brother Jim Borden. Harry is survived by his devoted wife, Janice Stokes Borden, son Rusty Borden & wife Dawn Borden. Also grandson Zack Borden, sister and brother-in-law Lois & Robert Owens, brother-in-law and wife Gary & Gail Stokes, and aunt Edith Godfrey. The family will receive friends at Broadway Baptist Church on Wednesday, February 26th from 5:30 to 7:00 pm with funeral following.   Interment will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens on Thursday, February 27th at 11:00 am.
