Jerry Ollin Beatenbaugh age 82, of Palmetto Georgia, passed away Sunday October 3, 2021.

Jerry was born in Hapeville, Georgia on April 29, 1939. He was preceded in death by his father Thomas Beatenbaugh, mother Eula Mae Pullen, son Tony Beatenbaugh and sister, Virginia Beatenbaugh Sanders. 

Jerry started his career in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged. He then went to work for Southern Airways which merged with Republic Airways. He later worked for Air Atlanta and Continental Airways before retiring from AirTran Airways. His passions were hunting, fishing and ballroom dancing.

Jerry is survived by his ex-wife Kathryn Cannon Feltman, sons Tom Beatenbaugh and Scott Beatenbaugh, grandchildren, Jeremy Beatenbaugh, Jennifer Beatenbaugh, Dustin Beatenbaugh, Katie Beatenbaugh, Tony Beatenbaugh Jr., Deanna Hall and Samantha Beatenbaugh. Great grandchildren Preston Beatenbaugh, Tamra Beatenbaugh, Shanna Davis, Shane Davis, Jacie Hall, Kylie Hall and Ansley Booth.

Visitation will be Friday, October 8. 2021 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Saturday, October 9 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 5:00 pm in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Interment will be at Georgia National Cemetery on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 2:00 PM.
