John Cyrus MacGregor, 71, of Peachtree City, passed away July 11, 2013.  He was a natyive of West Point, GA.  John became an eagle scout while still in high school.  He graduated from Emory University and later joined the United States Air Force.  After his military service he became a pilot with Southern Airways and later retired with Northwest Airlines.  He was a member of Peachtree City United Methodist Church and the Monday Friday Golf Group at Cannongate.  He is survived by his wife Janet MacGregor of Peachtree City, GA; sons Robert (Elizabeth) MacGregor of Salt Lake City, UT and Scott (Shannon) MacGregor of Augusta, GA; step-sons Brad (Melanie) Flowers of Wake Forest, NC and Bill Flowers & Ernest Chandler of Albany, GA; grandchildren Sydney & John MacGregor and Will & Drew Flowers.    A memorial service will be held Monday, July 15, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Peachtree City United Methodist Church.
