Joseph Allen Wade, born on November 16, 1939, in Searcy, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2026, in Fayetteville, Georgia, at the age of 86.

Joseph dedicated his professional life to a career with Northwest Airlines, where he was known for his diligence and commitment. His work was marked by a steadfast dedication to excellence and a deep sense of responsibility.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Joseph served his country with honor as a member of the Alabama Army National Guard for 42 years. His service was a testament to his unwavering patriotism and dedication to the values he held dear.

Joseph was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Hugh and Ann Wade. He is survived by his devoted wife, Donnie Wade; his son, Rodney Wade; his daughter, Sandy Wade; and his sister, Ann Carol George.

Joseph will be remembered fondly by his family and friends for his integrity, strength, and the love he shared with those around him. His legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
