Roger Freddie Laster, of LaGrange, passed away on October 12, 2020. He was born on September 14, 1939 to the late Willie Laster and Frances Daniel Laster in Heard County, GA. He served his country in the United States Air Force. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Diane Amason Laster; brothers, Larry Laster and Harold Laster.

Survivors include his son, Lee Laster (Carla); daughter, Lynn Mincey (Kelly); sister, Jolly Spates; grandchildren, Amber Frailey (Luke), Caleb Laster (Chelsea); Kaitlyn Garret, Braylon Mincey, Halle Bass, Hayden Mincey, Jayse Mincey; three great grandchildren, Ansley Shannon, Maddie Shannon, Brant Frailey; extended family and friends.

Family will have visitation from 1:00 – 2:00 PM on Friday, October 16, 2020 at Old Pathway Baptist Church. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM at the church with Rev. Sam Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow at Meadoway Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Roger Laster to Old Pathways Baptist Church, 350 S Davis Rd, LaGrange, GA 30241.
